Midtown Ventures was founded on a simple belief: a downtown thrives when its buildings are owned by people who care about them. Since 2017, we have invested in the Exchange Building and the Midtown-Halbert Building — maintaining their character, modernizing their systems, and curating a tenant mix that contributes to the life of the street.
We are local owners who know every tenant by name, walk the halls of every building, and answer the phone when something needs attention.
Behind Midtown Ventures are siblings Cameron Clennon and Cory Wray, who have been dedicated to revitalizing and investing in downtown Wenatchee since 2017. Together with Mikael Gavin, who also manages the day-to-day operations of the buildings, they are actively involved in every aspect of the business.
